This position requires the skills necessary for hiring, firing, and evaluating staff members who work on job sites outside of the company office. Other duties include gathering feedback directly from customers and using it to evaluate and improve the work of the team. This type of position can appear in just about any industry that routinely employs remote workers. • Follow up with applicants and newly onboarded partners to support them through early stages of the program as needed.
  • Consistently represent the program with professionalism and enthusiasm while raising the bar for the delivery experience in complex last-mile scenarios.
  • Travel daily within the territory, managing your schedule to maximize quality business visits and application conversions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience specifically in a sales and/or customer service role.
  • Prior experience in a position that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers.
  • Previous field sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in community-based or small business outreach is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field with limited supervision.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse local business owners.
  • Comfort presenting to small groups at events such as lunch-and-learns and town hall meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance travel, appointments, data entry, and event support.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and processes and adapt to a fast-moving program launch environment.
