Part-Time Field Manager – Janitorial Operations

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $1,000 per pay period

Job Description:
Integrity Facility Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dependable, and organized Part-Time Field Manager to assist with overseeing janitorial operations at multiple customer locations throughout Metro Atlanta.

This is a hands-on field position. The Field Manager will help ensure employees are completing assigned services properly, customer facilities are being maintained according to company standards, and operational concerns are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct routine inspections at customer locations
  • Supervise and support cleaning personnel
  • Follow up on customer concerns and cleaning deficiencies
  • Assist with employee training and new account startups
  • Ensure employees are following site-specific cleaning schedules
  • Assist with call-outs and emergency coverage when necessary
  • Deliver supplies and equipment to customer locations
  • Communicate field concerns and employee issues to office management
  • Document inspections and corrective actions
  • Maintain professional communication with customers
  • Assist with cleaning duties when operationally necessary

Qualifications: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Previous janitorial, facilities, supervisory, or field-management experience is preferred. Candidates must have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to travel throughout Metro Atlanta.

Pay: $1,000 per pay period.
