Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Field Operations Supervisor to support our Dothan, AL branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field while also supporting branch-level operations, recruiting, and compliance.
The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring security officers deliver high-quality service in accordance with client requirements and company policies. In addition to traditional field supervision, this role supports branch operations by assisting with scheduling, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and administrative functions. The Field Operations Supervisor serves as a key liaison between the branch office, field personnel, and clients.
Salary: $45,000.00
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and the public
  • Supervise assigned posts through site visits, inspections, and officer coaching
  • Observe, correct, and report hazards, incidents, and operational concerns
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, post instructions, and internal safety policies
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, call-offs, and operational issues
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action to security personnel as needed
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Support scheduling, onboarding, and compliance tracking activities
  • Assist with recruiting coordination and new-hire onboarding processes
  • Collaborate closely with branch leadership to ensure operational continuity and service excellence
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work within applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other back-office software
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and means of communication
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally (approximately 25%)
  • Must pass all required background checks and drug screenings
  • Must meet all applicable state and licensing requirements
  • Prior military or law enforcement experience highly preferred
