Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.


Responsibilities
Dispatch crews and ensure correct equipment is sent to job sites
Inspect work and ensure high customer satisfaction
Monitor route efficiency and optimize schedules
Reconcile work, routes, and billing daily and weekly
Assist with HR activities such as hiring, training, and reviews
Ensure vehicles and equipment are prepared and maintained
Respond to operational problems, emergencies, and customer complaints


Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Experience in route management or field supervision
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with scheduling and billing workflows
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
