Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
Drives field growth and productivity within the direct sales channel by delivering high-touch, relationship-focused support to independent leaders. Promotes key programs and tools that enhance sponsoring, team building, and customer retention. Partners closely with the Director of Sales and the sales support team to strengthen support for the field.
Acts as a trusted advisor and connector - supporting leadership development, improving communication, and activating the field around growth-driving initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide personalized business coaching, onboarding, and training to assigned field accounts to support success and sustainable growth.
  • Lead targeted outreach efforts to boost awareness and participation in promotions, incentives, and leadership development programs.
  • Mentor and guide leaders at various levels (e.g., Directors, Director 3K, Director 6K) to strengthen leadership pipelines and encourage rank advancement.
  • Collaborate with high-performing leaders to maximize use of field-facing tools, systems, and compensation programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues to ensure a seamless experience for both field leaders and their customers.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of field engagement, program participation, and performance metrics via internal platforms (e.g., BI, Zoom, Teams).
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of leadership lists and subscription-based programs by managing updates and cross-referencing data.
  • Support the evolution of field communication tools (e.g., Backoffice) to improve clarity and accessibility.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for leadership inquiries.
  • Attend and contribute to leadership events, regional trainings, and virtual field initiatives, with occasional travel required.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance field experience, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Own a designated sub-region of field leaders, serving as their primary point of contact and driving sales growth within the group through targeted coaching, account planning, and activation of growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in field sales support, account management, direct sales, or a related customer-facing role; experience in direct sales, MLM, or network marketing strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with field leaders, independent contractors, or sales representatives.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership development skills with the ability to motivate and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools, CRM platforms, and collaboration software (e.g., BI dashboards, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPI data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive field issues.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a service-minded, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
