What are Fiddlers?

Fiddlers are musicians who play the fiddle, which is essentially a violin used to perform folk, traditional, or country music. Unlike classical violinists, fiddlers often learn by ear and play a variety of lively tunes such as jigs, reels, and hoedowns. Fiddlers are a key part of many musical traditions around the world, including Irish, Scottish, American, and Canadian folk music. Their style emphasizes rhythm, improvisation, and ornamentation, making fiddle music distinct and energetic.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Fiddler, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Fiddler, you need proficiency in violin technique, a strong sense of rhythm, and knowledge of traditional and contemporary fiddle styles, often gained through formal lessons or years of practice. Familiarity with music notation software, recording equipment, and amplification systems is helpful for performances and collaborations. Excellent listening skills, adaptability, and the ability to engage audiences are essential soft skills that set outstanding fiddlers apart. These competencies enable fiddlers to perform expressively, collaborate with other musicians, and succeed in diverse musical settings.

The Mission:
Demand Gen is the connective tissue between strategy and pipeline, to make it impossible for the right companies to ignore us. To architect account-based programs that span every channel, tool, and team, blending sharp marketing instincts with AI and automation to drive engagement and revenue. To be faster, smarter, and at scale.
About The Role:
We're looking for an AI-forward Senior Manager of ABM & Campaigns to build and scale account-based programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
This is not a traditional campaign management role. You are a modern revenue marketer who combines the:
  • Strategic instincts of an ABM leader
  • Operational rigor of a campaign architect
  • Experimentation mindset of a growth marketer
  • Systems fluency of a GTM engineer
  • Editorial judgment of a strong content marketer

The right person is both strategic and hands-on: able to shape compelling campaign narratives, design account journeys, partner closely with Sales, and use AI to move faster, personalize smarter, and improve performance.
You should be comfortable using AI tools, building lightweight agents or automations, experimenting with vibe coding or no-code workflows, and finding ways to make GTM processes more efficient and intelligent.
You are a builder and problem solver at heart.
What You'll Do:
  • Build and scale account-based programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Lead ABM strategy and execution across priority accounts, segments, industries, personas, and pipeline goals.
  • Build integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, content, digital, SDR activation, executive engagement, and sales plays
  • Develop account journeys, campaign themes, content plans, messaging, landing page concepts, sales enablement, and follow-up motions
  • Use AI to improve account research, personalization, content repurposing, messaging tests, campaign QA, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Use data, intent signals, enrichment, engagement insights, and funnel reporting to improve targeting, orchestration, and conversion.
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, audiences, channels, offers, content formats, and sales follow-up.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience across ABM, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or revenue marketing - ideally in SaaS, AI, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • You have a strong grasp of B2B buying committees, account segmentation, and pipeline creation.
  • You know how to shape narratives and craft messaging that resonates with buyers.
  • You're hands-on with modern GTM tools; intent data, enrichment, sales engagement, analytics, automation and comfortable building agents, no-code workflows, and signal-based selling motions.
  • You're data-driven, collaborative, and clear in how you communicate impact.
  • Ability to work from our Palo Alto office 2-3 days a week.
    • Remote candidates are located in the Pacific Time Zone

Compensation:
Bay Area, NYC and Seattle $ $180,000- $215,000 OTE + Equity & Benefits
Other Cities: $156,000 - $198,000 OTE + Equity & Benefits
Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive pay + equity
  • Premium health, dental & vision (100% premium coverage for employees)
  • 401(k) plan
  • Open PTO
  • Monthly fitness reimbursement
  • Paid parental leave
  • Team and company events and offsites (this year was Las Vegas)

Palo Alto HQ Vibes
  • Annual Caltrain pass
  • Monthly in-office massages
  • Fastrak reimbursement
  • Lunch provided Mon-Thurs
  • Happy hours and ping pong tournaments
  • Fully stocked snacks and drinks
