Job description


  • Partner with Maintenance and Facility leadership to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency
  • Repair production equipment safely and efficiently following breakdowns
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Fabricate, modify, and install new or existing equipment
  • Support continuous improvement projects and assigned initiatives
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage
  • Comply with all NOV policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
  • Ability to work overtime and shift schedules as required
  • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day
  • Perform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Push and pull equipment or materials throughout the shift
  • Travel up to 10% as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in fabrication, mechanical, and electrical repair using shop tools preferred
