Job Description Job Title: Marine Carpenter Finish Woodworker & Fiberglass Tech Location: Stuart, FL Compensation: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour (Based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: A high-end luxury yacht facility in Stuart, FL is looking for a skilled Marine Carpenter to join its finish and fabrication department. This position involves complex finish woodworking, cabinetry installation, and composite fiberglass repair on multi-million dollar luxury vessels. We are looking for a true craftsman who excels at premium finish carpentry, fiberglass work, or a cross-functional blend of both skills

Requirements: 5 or more years of experience in finish carpentry, fine woodworking, or marine cabinetry. Experience with fiberglass repairs, laminating, gelcoat matching, or structural composites is highly preferred. Ability to work with fine hardwoods, veneers, and custom teak marine layouts.

Must maintain an exceptionally clean workspace and respect luxury vessel finishes. Benefits: Free basic medical plan for employees. 401k with company match after one year.
