Job description

Crone Communications is hiring Residential Fiber Installation Technicians to install fiber internet services in customer homes.

What We Offer
• Piece-rate pay
• Weekly pay
• Monday–Saturday schedules
• Assigned residential routes
• Benefits available after 90 days
• Opportunity to earn based on production

Requirements
• Reliable vehicle required
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Ability to work independently
• Professional customer service skills
• Comfortable using ladders and working in residential environments
• Experience with fiber, cable, satellite, telecommunications, or low-voltage work preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates

Job Duties
• Install fiber internet service in residential homes
• Route and secure fiber cabling
• Mount and configure equipment
• Test services and verify proper operation
• Educate customers on equipment and services
• Complete required job documentation

Compensation
Piece-rate pay. Most technicians complete 1–5 installations per day depending on route volume and job complexity.
