Business Account Executive-$55K-$65K base + uncapped commission/mo - annual target up to $120K

What You'll Do

Omni Fiber is expanding rapidly and we're looking for driven Business Account Executives to help bring next-generation fiber internet to businesses in our Mansfield, OH markets.

This is an opportunity to own your territory, build your book of business, and earn uncapped commissions while helping local businesses access world-class connectivity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs
  • Attend community events and business networking opportunities
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation
What Makes You Successful in This Role
  • Competitive and motivated by results
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
  • Strong at building trust with business owners and decision-makers
  • Organized and able to manage a territory independently
  • Resilient and able to overcome objections
What You Bring
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working toward sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CRM and Microsoft Office experience
  • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales background (preferred)
