Job description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit applicants for truck drivers; primarily over the phone
  • Schedule and make arrangements for drivers to report for orientation
  • Assemble and mail out promotional material
  • Occasionally visit training schools, attend trade shows & travel promoting FFE
  • Responsible for applicant data input

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry
  • Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
  • Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral
  • Basic PC skills required
  • Ability to multi-task
