Operating nationwide with rapid growth ahead, we combine logistics, technology, and hospitality to shape the future of multifamily living.

Our Opportunity

Fetch is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations in your market and bring Fetch's services to life for residents and property teams. Our Operations team is the driving force behind everything we do — and we're looking for logistics leaders with a passion for process, organizational excellence, and the ability to build and develop teams that deliver superior resident experiences. As a Warehouse Manager, you will own the full package fulfillment operation at your site, lead and develop a team of drivers, associates, and supervisors, and serve as the operational backbone of your market. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning your site's performance, culture, and outcomes. At Fetch, our leaders shape the culture and experience of our teams, residents, and clients — we're looking for Warehouse Managers who align with our core values and lead by example every day.

  • People Taking Care of People - We prioritize the safety of our team members while passionately developing our teams to reach their highest potential.

  • Enjoy the Journey - While embracing constant change and the hard work ahead, we maintain our identity by finding joy in the journey and pausing to celebrate how far we’ve climbed.

  • Deliver Value - By aligning our business model with profitability and growth, we remain focused on delivering consistent, high-quality results for our clients, team members, partners, and investors.

  • Growth Mindset - Driven by a mantra of continuous improvement, we embrace physical expansion, creative solutions, and the lessons learned from bold risks to remain innovative.

  • Cultivate Fans - We are dedicated to exceeding expectations through authentic and responsible service that earns the trust and advocacy of our customers and team members.

  • Serve as a self-sufficient problem solver and on-site owner in an environment where support teams are not always present, wearing multiple hats and driving day-to-day execution while partnering with remote teams across a broader network

  • Conduct daily team stand-ups with warehouse associates and delivery drivers covering stretching, SLA performance, delivery behavior review, and vehicle inspection accountability

  • Leverage operational reporting tools to track site performance against key metrics including over-the-road, under-the-roof, and same-day SLA attainment and drive data-informed decisions

  • Coordinate and optimize delivery operations including route efficiency, bulk scheduled deliveries, and rush or special delivery requests

  • Coordinate operational relationships with independent contractors in partnership with Compliance and Partner Support teams, including onboarding, dispatching, engagement tracking, and block schedule management
