What You’ll Do:
  • Develop, implement and manage the fertilizer supply budgets and work with procurement to meet the needs of the branches
  • Review and analyze progress towards the achievement of supply and inventory position goals
  • Communicate with area managers, branch managers and sales staff to discuss fertilizer market movement
  • Work with logistics to ensure product gets to the right place at the right time
  • Bring new ideas to the managers on innovative and change
  • Liaison between customers, suppliers, division leadership and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions’ products and services
What You’ll Bring:
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or operations
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and the ability to learn new software programs (SAP)
  • Experience with dry and liquid agricultural fertilizers
