Full job descriptionReceives, stores, care for, processes and distributes material, equipment, and products within the company by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Blends fertilizer and chemicals according to label and work order instructions.Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product. Receives product to be sure quantity and quality are acceptable.Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for items and distributes items to customers or applicators for distribution.Maintains warehouse, location grounds, and equipment to acceptable company standards.Maintains company inventory to acceptable company standards.Drives vehicle, loader, or forklift to transport items to and from a warehouse or to pick up items from several locations.Maintains and records maintenance and housekeeping in the appropriate logbooks.Ensure equipment is operating properly, clean, and promote a positive image of AgCentral Co-op.Contributes to an efficient application process to achieve desired custom application results.Assists in maintaining inventory records.Other duties may be assigned.To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies :Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.Project Management - Communicates changes and progress.Leadership - Accepts feedback from others.Cost Consciousness - Contributes to profits and revenue.Dependability - Follows instructions, and responds to management direction.Quantity - Completes work in a timely manner.Safety and Security - Observe safety and security procedures.Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.Supervisory Responsibilities:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
