ART Reproductive Center is a leading fertility clinic in Beverly Hills. We are dedicated to providing our patients the highest quality of care with respect and compassion. Join our IVF team at ART Reproductive Center as an Administrative RN. This position includes working closely with the IVF laboratory, surgery center and clinical teams. The daily workday includes the following responsibilities as the Administrative RN:
  • Scheduling of IVF procedures (via email and phones)
  • Review of consents and physician orders
  • Providing and communicating pre-surgery instructions
  • Communication with IVF laboratory, clinical teams and physicians
  • Patient charting and updating within EMR
  • Maintaining a professional and compassionate environment with physicians and patients

  • Valid, unrestricted and no prior history of CA RN licensure in good standing
  • Preferred IVF experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Full Time position M-F with some weekend coverage
  • Knowledge of OSHA, FDA and HIPPA compliance
