What is fertility awareness and how does it work?

Fertility awareness is a method of natural family planning that involves tracking a woman's menstrual cycle to determine the days she is most likely to be fertile. By observing and recording signs such as basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and menstrual cycle length, individuals can identify the fertile window. This information can be used to either achieve or avoid pregnancy. Fertility awareness requires daily attention and consistency, but when practiced correctly, it can be a reliable way to manage reproductive health.
