Lot Attendant / Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)

Location: 1347 Roger Williams Way, North Kingstown, RI

Rhode Island Fast Ferry operates high-speed ferry service between Rhode Island and Martha's Vineyard, along with scenic lighthouse cruises on Narragansett Bay.

We're a close-knit, high-energy team that takes pride in delivering a great customer experience from the moment passengers arrive to when they return. Our shoreside team plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

The Role

Rhode Island Fast Ferry is seeking Lot Attendants / Customer Service Representatives for our summer season (May - October). These are full-time, seasonal positions based at our North Kingstown terminal.

This is a great opportunity for high school and college students, or anyone looking for an active, outdoor role. As a Lot Attendant, you'll be one of the first and last points of contact for our customershelping create a smooth and positive experience.

What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and assist with parking and directions
  • Collect parking fees and handle cash/credit transactions
  • Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer questions
  • Assist with traffic flow and lot organization during busy periods
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas and grounds
  • Support general operations and other team needs as required
