Fence Construction Crew Member
H&S Fence LLC

H&S Fence is looking for hardworking individuals to join our Fence Construction crew. This position involves building high-quality agricultural fencing systems including barbed wire, woven wire, continuous fence, and gates.

This is hands-on outdoor work for people who enjoy building things with their hands and taking pride in doing the job right.

Pay & Benefits
  • $26 – $32 per hour

  • Overtime after 40 hours

  • Assistance with obtaining a Class A CDL

Responsibilities
  • Install agricultural fencing systems including barbed wire, woven wire, and continuous fence

  • Set posts, stretch wire, and install braces and gates

  • Operate equipment such as skid steers, post drivers, and power tools

  • Load and unload materials and keep job sites organized

  • Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and safely

Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor

  • Comfortable using tools and equipment

  • Team player with a positive attitude

Class A CDL is a huge plus
