Job description

Slagle Fence is looking to expand our team by hiring fence installers and laborers. The Fence Laborer position is responsible for assisting the Fence Crew Lead in the installation process. This position is labor intensive and will install fence all year, as weather allows. This is a full-time W2 position with company paid health care benefits. See below:

Job Duties:
  • Loading of materials and necessary tools/equipment
  • Communicating and verifying project details prior to the installation
  • Removal and Haul Away of Existing Fence
  • Site Prep (marking, measuring, laying out equipment)
  • Installation of Fence
  • Assist Fence Install Lead in anyway necessary

Desired Experience/Skill/Licenses:
  • 1+ Years of Construction Experience
