Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to plan project phases and resource allocation.
  • Lead installation teams in tasks such as framing, masonry, concrete forming, and finishing to ensure precise execution.
  • Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery to complete fencing projects efficiently.
  • Enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safe work practices.
  • Conduct quality control checks on completed work, including concrete finishing, landscape maintenance, and hardscape integration.
  • Manage project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and material inventories.


Experience

  • Proven experience in construction management with a focus on fencing or related outdoor structures.
  • Bilingual - Preferred
  • Strong background in carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, and concrete finishing techniques - Preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge of welding, assembly processes, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation - Preferred
  • Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site safety standards - Preferred
  • Prior experience managing construction crews and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read blueprints, plot plans, and technical drawings related to fencing designs and structural layouts - Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot on-site issues quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.
