Fence and Container – Portable Sanitation

Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, and be part of an employee-owned company excelling in portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. A "Day in the Life":

As part of the Honey Bucket team, you’ll be responsible for transporting, installing, and dismantling rental fencing, delivering and picking up containers, and servicing portable toilets as needed.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, install, and retrieve fencing and containers.
  • Service portable toilets at various locations, including events, construction sites, and parks.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely for loading and unloading.
  • Maintain and report on equipment conditions.
  • Provide excellent customer service through professional interactions.

About the Role:

This active, hands-on position combines physical labor with minimal driving (30% of the time). You'll stay busy lifting, bending, and engaging with customers and locations where Honey Bucket services are in demand.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in a physically demanding role
  • Clean driving record & pass DOT.
  • Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
  • Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly

  • Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
  • Weekly Starting pay: $23.50/hour
  • Schedule: 7am Monday-Friday (some weekends)

Training:

Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
