Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sauk Centre, MN. This position supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including coordinating campaigns, assisting with content creation, and maintaining marketing materials across digital and print channels. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts, helping organize trade shows and events, and updating website and social media content. The role also involves tracking marketing performance metrics, managing project timelines, and working with external vendors as needed. The Marketing Coordinator contributes to brand consistency and helps ensure all outreach reflects Felling Trailers’ quality, values, and customer focus.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, professional marketing content and internal collaboration.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to effectively support sales initiatives, understand customer needs, and align marketing messages.
  • Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate trade shows, promotions, and marketing projects from concept through completion.
  • Relevant skills such as basic graphic design, familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools, and experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms are beneficial.
  • Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, and prior experience in a marketing or sales support role.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative, team-oriented work style.
