CDL Class A or B - On Call Driver - Flexible Schedule Required

Strange Trip Inc. is hiring dependable and professional CDL Class A, B, or C on-call drivers to support our growing team. This is a great fit for Uber, Lyft, or other gig workers who want extra income and a steady, reliable company to call home.

When called in to work, you'll run a dedicated local route departing around 3:00 5:00 AM from Ontario, CA. We operate 7 days a week. You'll be paid $300 for the route anytime you are called in to cover. Paid training with an experienced driver is provided.

The work involves touch freight - scanning, loading, and unloading boxes for final-mile and dedicated shipper customers. Customer expectations are high, so we're looking for drivers who are punctual, careful, and detail-oriented, and who take pride in doing the job right.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A, B, or C license
  • Clean MVR and criminal background
  • Prior truck-driving experience strongly preferred
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and punctuality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, customer service, and equipment care
  • Flexibility to be on call, covering shifts as needed

Run:

  • Dedicated local routes departing early morning from Ontario, CA
  • Home daily
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Year-round work with steady freight
