Job description

Job Summary


Springbok Holdings, Inc., an established FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring reliable and motivated full-time delivery drivers in the Durham area. This is a physically active, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, independence, and a solid work ethic.


Responsibilities
  • Operate a FedEx delivery truck (P1000–P1200 step vans) safely and efficiently
  • Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers with accuracy
  • Use a company-provided iPad for navigation and package scanning
  • Complete 100+ stops per day while maintaining delivery quality
  • Perform frequent entry and exit from the vehicle throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Schedule
  • Start time: 8:30 AM or earlier
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week
  • Some routes may be Monday–Friday (business routes) based on performance and availability
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older (FedEx requirement)
  • Experience driving larger vehicles (step vans, box trucks, etc.) REQUIRED
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable using a hand truck/dolly for heavier packages
  • Ability to follow directions using GPS/navigation tools
  • Clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
