What is a FedEx ISP?

FedEx ISPs, or Independent Service Providers, are independent businesses that contract with FedEx Ground to provide package pickup and delivery services. ISPs manage their own teams of drivers, vehicles, and operations while following FedEx Ground’s guidelines and standards. They are responsible for hiring, training, and managing delivery personnel, as well as ensuring timely and safe deliveries within their designated territories. This business model allows FedEx to expand its delivery network efficiently while supporting local entrepreneurship.
