Job description

To load and unload freight, scan, and sort freight within the facility. To transport freight within and between facilities.
Trains other Package Handlers (PHs) on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning techniques in order to ensure efficient and safe movement of packages through the operation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Preferred)

- Six (6) months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.

- FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations - (Preferred)

- Good interpersonal skills

- Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs & maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

- Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Six (6) months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.
