Job description

Sigma Continental is hiring experienced CDL A Team Drivers for unassigned/flex linehaul runs based out of the FedEx Ground Lehigh Hub in Northampton, PA. Immediate openings are available.

As a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground, Sigma Continental is seeking safety-focused, professional drivers who value consistency, strong operational support, and well-maintained equipment. Our team operates across multiple FedEx markets with a focus on safety, reliability, and professional linehaul operations.

We offer competitive compensation, modern equipment, industry-leading benefits, holiday pay, and consistent year-round freight. Drivers operate newer model Freightliner Cascadias and receive full support from our experienced operations team.

Unlike many carriers, Sigma provides 24/7 dedicated U.S.-based operations support staffed by personnel with real trucking and linehaul experience. Drivers have direct access to operations assistance at all hours for dispatch support, breakdown coordination, weather events, routing issues, and on-the-road problem resolution.

Current openings are for unassigned team positions supporting FedEx Ground linehaul operations out of Northampton, Pennsylvania.

CDL Team Schedule/Shifts:

  • Team Runs Out of Lehigh, PA

Perks:

  • No Touch Freight - Drop & Hook

Compensation:

  • Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
  • Guaranteed $300/day or 80 Cents Per Mile (Team Split)
  • Earn $1,900 - $2,200 (Paid Weekly/Per Driver)
  • Weekly Minimum Compensation
  • Bonus Pay
  • Safety Bonus Pay
