Job description

Operates and maneuvers ground support vehicles (GSE) in a safe and efficient manner including, but not limited to, loaders, deicers, cargo tugs, belt loaders, pushback tugs and non-powered equipment in a wide variety of weather conditions. Collects equipment needed for service in a timely manner. Clerical/office administrative duties including typing and completing delivery logs, asset history filing and data entry.

High school diploma/GED. Must have and maintain an excellent driving record. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license within the state of residency.Ability to drive a yard tractor-trailer on non-public ramp facility only. Ability to work unsupervised for long periods of time gathering equipment needed for service and doing so in a timely manner. Clerical/ general office administrative experience is required. Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrence training as required. Requires successful completion of the FedEx defensive driving program, yard tractor-trailer driving training, airport defensive driving program (if required), and ability to acquire the proper documentation to comply with U.S. Customs and successful background review to comply with SIDA, STA and USPS requirements. Strong humanrelations and communication skills required. Non-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
