Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare & receive local vendor packages including UPS, Fed Ex, & Express deliveries
  • Maintain the storeroom inventory alerting Maintenance Manager to reorder
  • Maintain storeroom using SAP Program
  • Receive, unpack, and store inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization within the storeroom
  • Audit cycle counts
  • Manually adds & corrects inventory
  • Assists maintenance department by kitting parts for future work orders
  • Stage parts & equipment for future work orders
  • Assists entering new stock for Kardex machine
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Ability to obtain Baler certification
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Able to work independently or as a team as needed
  • Adhere to department and shipping deadlines
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities & complexity
  • Asset accountability
  • Advanced computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook email, SAP, Internet
  • Strong collaboration skills & networking capabilities

Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
  • Forklift experience is a plus
