Job Description
Location: 2951 Production Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX (Amazon Warehouse)
Starting Pay: $21.50/hour + Benefits
Join Roadrunner Express Delivery LLC as a Non-CDL Delivery Driver! We're an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking motivated individuals to deliver packages in the Wichita Falls area. No delivery experience needed - paid training provided!
Benefits for Delivery Drivers:
• Earn $21.50/hour with biweekly pay
• Work 4 days/week, 40 hours (10-hour shifts)
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Immediate PTO accrual
• Performance bonuses
• Rotating schedule with every other weekend off
• Paid breaks (two 15-minute breaks + 30-minute lunch)
• All equipment provided (vehicle, gas, uniforms)
What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:
• Start and end your day at our Wichita Falls warehouse location
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently along your route
• Operate company-provided delivery vehicles
• Use delivery app for navigation and package scanning
• Provide excellent customer service
• Load/unload packages (up to 50 lbs frequently, 50-70 lbs with equipment)
• Support team members when needed
