Job Responsibilities
The Driver’s primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and timely delivery and pick-up of packages, in support of Clive Aldred Inc. FedEx contract, while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to safety regulations. The incumbent must be able to quickly learn and become fully familiar with codes used on a daily basis. Specific duties:
· Delivery and /or pick-up of packages within guidelines.
· Comply with hazardous material regulations and procedures.
· Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, safety standards, as well as company policies/procedures.
· .Ensures packages conform to general features of service, proper labeling is provided, and all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate. This specifically includes ensuring that all packages requiring special handling or transportation are properly packed and labeled so that such packages can be transported in accordance with established safety and regulatory procedures
· Ensures quality service is provided during each customer interaction by providing efficient and professional delivery service, answering customer questions, resolving problems or concerns and interacting in a polite and caring manner.
· Perform other duties as required.
