FSF Holdings is a locally owned FedEx contractor based in Rosemount, MN. We are currently hiring reliable and safety-focused Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our growing team!

Job Summary:

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for safely delivering packages to homes and businesses on an assigned route. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle
  • Load and unload packages and materials
  • Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service teams
  • Obtain signatures for delivered items
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies
  • Report any incidents, delays, or delivery issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (Required)
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license (Required)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Strong communication skills (email, phone)
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a drug test (including marijuana)
