What Will You Do?
As an HR Services Representative you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors on Human Resources related policies, practices, and processes and guide customers to available tools and resources maximizing a self-service environment. We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus, ability to recall information quickly, as well as multitask with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Provides professional customer service by gathering information, assessing customer needs, troubleshooting, applying documented procedures, and resolving requests in an accurate and timely manner. Connect related processes and information at the time of the call or interaction to influence resolution or decisions.
  • Supports the administration of a broad range of HR Programs, policies, and processes, ensuring compliance with employment law regulations, and Company practices. Initiates workflow processes for HR and assists the team in meeting payroll deadlines.
  • Ensures legal and regulatory changes are implemented and within the required timeline.
  • Assesses HR workflows and processes. Identifies and recommends opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in customer service role demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service and communication.
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Human Resources knowledge/experience preferred
  • An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personal information

Pay range is $25.20-$34.20 per hour. Starting salary is $25.20 per hour.
