Job description

As an Engagement Manager at Snorkel AI, you will lead highimpact AI initiatives for enterprise customers, owning delivery from initial scoping through value realization. You will partner with senior business and technical leaders to shape AI/ML use cases, orchestrate crossfunctional teams, and launch solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Operating at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and growth, you will help define what great AI delivery looks like while scaling Snorkel's Enterprise AI Solutions Practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML use cases and translate them into welldefined projects, including proposals and Statements of Work.
  • Lead the endtoend delivery of enterprise AI projects, ensuring execution on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Manage comprehensive project plans and related artifacts to ensure successful delivery and compliance with contractual and financial targets.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through adjacent use cases, new stakeholders, and additional datasets where Snorkel can deliver outsized value.
  • Serve as the primary interface between client Csuite, Snorkel's technical teams, and Snorkel leadership, orchestrating multiple workstreams to deliver integrated outcomes.
  • Develop and continuously refine best practices, templates, and delivery frameworks to make engagements scalable and repeatable.
  • As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of complex National Security problems.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a technical, clientfacing role (e.g., management consulting, professional services delivery, or customer success).
  • Strong background in project delivery and collaborative problemsolving, ideally within AI/ML initiatives or involving standard AI technologies.
  • Proven ability to understand client objectives, design solutions, and identify valuealigned growth opportunities.
  • Track record of overseeing a portfolio of engagements, balancing resources and timelines across multiple customer projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for broad audiences.
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA or Master's in computer science, applied statistics, mathematics, or related field).
  • Experience reviewing and drafting responses to federal Requests for Comment (RFCs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), etc. is preferred.
  • Experience working across the Civilian, DOD and NATSEC agencies, inclusive of experience in Federal Law Enforcement, Healthcare, Financial/Regulatory and Military operations and logistics.
  • Candidates must have an active TS security clearance
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs.

US Remote, Compensation is dependent on location and level.  Includes base, bonus and equity in the form of stock options.
