About the role Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer (Programmer 2) to build web and backend applications and services supporting a credentialing and case management system. This role will use Java/Spring-based REST APIs, modern web technologies, and continuous integration practices to help deliver next-generation customer engagement systems for federal service agencies. Location: Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C. Metro Area Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (Programmer 1) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role will contribute to software development efforts involving data analysis, reconciliation and consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance. Minimum Qualifications * US Citizen * Active Secret Clearance * 4+ years of Java development experience building enterprise applications. * At least 1 year of recent experience developing and implementing solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java. * At least 1 year of experience using Java development tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, and Git. * Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.
