Job description

Immediate need for a talented Java Backend Developer. This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Seattle, WA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-["Java", "Spring boot", "microservices", "Cassandra", "Kafka", "ELK"]
  • 7 years of experience in development using Java, Spring boot, microservices, Cassandra & Kafka
  • Experience in developing RESTFUL Web Services using Java, Spring Boot and Jersey
  • Experience in integration with NoSQL databases like Cassandra
  • Experience in caching strategies using Redis
  • Experience in implementing event based messaging solutions between systems
  • Experience in CI/CD practices and exposure to Azure Cloud
  • Experience with Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience in analyzing and designing for performance and performance tuning
  • Experience in tools like ELK, Dynatrace and Github
