Soccer Shots RDU is seeking a self driven, positive, and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children. We are seeking an individual that wants to play a part in a growing small business in the pursuit to build "Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game."
Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyle, and character growth. We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks all over the RDU area. Soccer Shots is in need of administrative support in our RDU office.
Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicating directly with customers via email and phone
  • Updating our registration system with new locations and classes
  • Maintaining back office software
  • Communicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendar
  • Invoicing and Collections
  • Maintaining the office
  • Coaching at multiple of your own assigned locations

Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Effective organizational/administrative skills
  • Ability to pass a Federal and State background check and FBI fingerprinting
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots
  • Computer/application skills (Microsoft Office, MacOS, Google Suite)
