Job description

Salary Details:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safe operation of a Company vehicle in accordance with state and federal DOT laws.
  • Adherence to established safety procedures.
  • Completion of daily service orders promptly.
  • Perform diagnostics, installations or removals on residential and commercial water treatment equipment; identify malfunctions and resolve accordingly.
  • Foster customer relationships through direct interaction, effectively communicating equipment status and providing problem-solving solutions.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments upon service completion and assist in past due receivables collection.

Work Location:

  • Based at our Cincinnati, OH office, with occasional travel to nearby Culligan branches as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with the city area where duties will be performed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Please note, candidates offered a position must undergo a DOT physical (at the time of hire and every two years thereafter), a drug screen, and a background check in line with state and Federal laws.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 100+ pounds
  • Ability to drive for extended periods (2-3 hours)
  • Ability to kneel/bend for extended periods.
