Position Overview:

This technician must have the skills to meet the overall maintenance needs of apartment communities and knowledge to work with the team on preventative maintenance special projects. The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician will be required to travel to locations to meet the maintenance needs of our apartment communities.

Locations:

  • Locations : El Segundo


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician
  • Conduct corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance in units and on the property
  • Experience in, but not limited to, electrical, dry wall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
  • Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialized certifications, such as HVAC, are desirable.
