About the Role:
Cello-Wrap Packaging Inc is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control – Food Safety professional to join our team in Farmersville, TX. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest safety and quality standards in the packaging industry. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enforce food safety and quality control standards throughout the production process
  • Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing of packaging materials and finished products
  • Maintain accurate documentation of QC findings, corrective actions, and compliance records
  • Identify non-conformances and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, GMP, and other applicable food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality systems and processes
  • Conduct internal audits and assist with third-party or regulatory inspections
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in quality control, food safety, or a related role in a manufacturing or packaging environment
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations, and food safety compliance standards
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent observational and analytical skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and maintain quality documentation and reports
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
