Summary:
The Club is looking for talented and motivated individuals ready to learn all aspects of the ticket sales process, from selling a full menu of tickets and programs via phone, prospecting, personal appointments, and at games, to the service side of accommodating our current membership base. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking careers in sports to get a foot in the door and prove themselves.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Generates maximum revenue through full menu sales for Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals
  • Sells group tickets to a variety of prospects
  • Sells season, partial plans, groups, and premium products to new prospective clients
  • Creates new business by regularly connecting with prospects through in-stadium tours, external appointments, phone prospecting, networking events, and more
  • Manages accounts to provide the highest level of customer service throughout the season
  • Maintains accurate records for accounts through the CRM system
  • Game day responsibilities will include assisting with group experiences, and/or prospecting clients at the stadium, meeting with group leaders, helping coordinate hospitality areas, and other duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and desire to excel in sales
  • Strong verbal and listening skills.
  • Strong desire to start a career in the sports sales industry
  • Demonstrated a history of meeting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Strong time management skills, administrative aptitude, organization, and customer service skills
  • High energy with the ability to remain focused while working independently.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends to support game day functions.
  • Able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or a combination of education or relevant work experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous in sports ticketing sales.

Physical Demands & Environment:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
