FBG is an employee-owned industry leader in facility cleaning. We are seeking an experienced Market Operations Manager to oversee the janitorial operations for multiple clients in Scottsbluff, Sidney, and Cheyenne, WY. Function: Assist in the planning, direction, control, and profitability of multiple operations within a geographically dispersed area, while following the policies and guidelines of the company, to achieve regional and company goals.

Experience : Three years in a management/supervisory position; knowledge of industry-related state and federal guidelines; experience operating within budgetary guidelines; monitoring and maintaining employee and customer satisfaction systems; identifying marketing and sales opportunities; basic computer kills; management. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure all company, customer, regional, state and federal rules, regulations and practices are followed.

Ensure that competency based training occurs and is documented as directed by Manager and Human Resources. Identify personnel demonstrating the desire and potential for promotion and communicate through evaluation your succession plan. 2.

Ensure that all safety processes, techniques, and practices are implemented, followed, and monitored. Ensure that plans for training and supervision are implemented and maintained in each area to ensure employees are properly trained, are productive in their assigned position, and they use safe techniques and the proper PPE. Proactively recruit personnel as necessary; keep HR updated on personnel needs to keep ads active and relevant. 4. Ensure that work is performed within specifications, tracking results through reports and on-site inspections.5
