Imaging Clerk

Integrated Management Strategies (IMS) is an award-winning, fast-growing woman-owned small business in the Washington DC area, specializing in healthcare, technology, and management consulting. We are seeking an experienced Imaging Clerk to join our healthcare consulting practice. The role is on-site in St. Louis, MO. What You'll Do

  • Lifting boxes up to 30 pounds
  • Prepping - Removing documents from boxes, sorting/collating, removing staples, paper clips, rubber bands, etc. and writing account numbers and document type on the documents
  • Scanning - Run the prepped documents through the scanning machines.
  • Quality review on scanned documents to ensure they meet established guidelines.
  • Indexing - Entering (via computer keyboard) account numbers, date, addressee, control number, and document type.
  • Filing - File imaged documents into a storage box or file cabinet provided.
  • Imaging- Feeding collateral documents (or copies) into the imaging machine with the purpose of creating clear/legible/quality electronic copies.
  • Data Entry Support - general data
  • Scanning: 1,460 Pages / Hour
  • Indexing (Except Fax Server): 112 Documents /Hour
  • Indexing Documents from New Loans Fax Server: 220 Pages / Hour
  • Indexing Documents from Payment Assistance Fax Server: 100 Pages /Hour
  • Checks (Prepping and Scanning): 20 Checks / Hour
  • Indexing Documents from Insurance File Import Server: 292 Pages / Hour
  • General clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident
  • Ability to secure a DOD security clearance, must not have been unfavorably removed from a government position.
