Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, and communication disorders across all age groups. Key responsibilities include assessing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized therapy and treatment plans, conducting speech and language therapy sessions, monitoring patient/client progress and maintaining records, and counseling patients and families regarding communication strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Therapy. Relevant certification/license as per local regulations. Clinical internship or supervised practice experience preferred.
