This is a proactive, outbound-focused role centered on prospecting, lead generation, relationship development, and creating qualified sales opportunities. The BDR will identify prospective customers, connect with key decision-makers, introduce Empire Fasteners’ capabilities, and develop opportunities for the sales team. This is not an order-taking position; we are looking for someone who is persistent, comfortable on the phone, competitive, coachable, organized, and motivated to build a strong pipeline and consistently deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers within the aerospace and defense markets

  • Qualify prospects based on customer needs, purchasing requirements, and business potential
  • Schedule qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team

  • Consistently follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales process

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative

  • Able to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent
  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Desire to build a long-term career in sales and business development

Performance Expectations

  • Generate a consistent volume of qualified leads and sales opportunities
  • Maintain an organized and active prospect pipeline

Empire Fasteners LLC is a rapidly growing company, and strong performers get noticed. This position offers opportunities for increased responsibility, career advancement, and earning potential for individuals who consistently deliver results, take ownership, and demonstrate leadership. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, not simply take a job.
