Job Summary:
Kaleidoscope Innovation is an equal opportunity employer seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop and shape critical systems in their Emerging Digital Organization. The role involves working with a variety of technologies and mentoring developers through full-stack transitions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and shape critical systems in Emerging Digital Organization.
• Mentoring developers through full-stack transitions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
• 5+ years of Python development experience
• 3+ years with FastAPI, Django, or similar async Python frameworks
• 5+ years of Angular, Typescript
• 3+ years of Terraform experience managing Prod Infra
• Experience with AWS services – Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC
• Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and JSONB queries
Preferred:
• Experience with LLM integration (prompt engineering, token optimization, error handling)
• NestJS or other enterprise Node.js frameworks
• Cypress for testing
• Azure AD/MSAL authentication
• AppSync and WebSocket communication patterns
• CI/CD pipeline design and GitHub Actions
• Mentoring developers through full-stack transitions
• Performance profiling and optimization across frontend and backend layers
