Job description

We are seeking an Registered Nurse to join our team! RN to work remotely performing telehealth visits and monthly monitoring. New Jersey nursing license in good standing is required. We prefer if applicants live in the HUDSON COUNTY AREA, as our office is located in Bayonne, NJ.
​Responsibilities:

  • Telehealth inital medical assessments and monthly progress reports.
  • Monitor conditions and health status of clients, educate and provide training as needed remotely, by speaking with clients, workers or family members.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with Direct Support Professionals, clients, and families.
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor.
  • Professional, Flexible, and Accommodating.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
