A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDIA SALES REP - PROJECT MANAGER

In this sales role, you are an essential part of our company. Without your efforts, we wouldn't have any business! You are responsible for the entire sales pipeline, from identifying targets to closing deals. When communicating with clients both in person and over the phone, you easily establish a good rapport and listen intently to their needs. To close the deal, you effectively explain how our products and services can best satisfy those needs. Using your technical understanding of our products and installation processes, you help clients determine the best sign solutions for their needs and confidently explain how our products and services can meet those needs.

After you make a sale, you work closely with our design, permitting, production, and installation teams to complete orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to understand technical drawings, materials, and installation requirements helps you collaborate effectively across departments. You advocate on behalf of your clients and check in with them periodically to ensure their satisfaction.
