A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HR MANAGER

As the HR Manager at Panther Brands, you'll have an exciting and impactful role. On a typical day, you'll be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and hiring top talent to join our team. You'll oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in managing the daily workflow of the HR department, providing guidance and support to our dedicated team. Your ability to foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations matters will be crucial in maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience with recruiting employees
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Sheets, and Calendar

WORK SCHEDULE
