Job description

Bring your laboratory expertise to a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a direct impact on patient care. This contract opportunity is perfect for skilled Medical Technologists and Medical Lab Technicians who are passionate about quality results and take pride in ensuring accuracy in every test performed.
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) from an accredited program
  • Active licensure, as required by governing bodies
  • Strong proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation across core lab departments (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and validate test results accurately
  • Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and documentation best practices
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative laboratory team
  • Effective communication skills for working with clinicians, patients, and lab staff
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct, evaluate, and document a wide range of laboratory tests with a commitment to quality and compliance
