Job description

Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technician

Permanent cardiac catheterization lab technician position located in Fremont, Ohio. Operates specialized imaging equipment and supports physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor cardiac catheterization equipment accurately to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Provide patient care and support throughout procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of procedures and equipment usage.
  • Adhere to hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Ohio Radiologic Tech license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory and hospital-based environments.
  • Proven ability to operate specialized imaging equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments.
